EZ-Pay Frequently asked questions:
What is the
EZ-Pay Payment Plan?
The EZ-Pay Payment program is a convenient method for customers to pay water bills using an automatic withdrawal from their checking or savings accounts. Over 1/3 of our customers are signed up and using this program. Pay your monthly water bill conveniently and automatically, without writing a check or mailing an envelope. Any customer with a valid checking or savings account may join the payment plan. Customers should consult with their financial institution to verify that their particular account will allow them to use this type of payment plan.
You will continue to receive a monthly bill. The bill will show the date and the amount that will be deducted from the account. Complete an application and return it to Community Water Company. Please continue to make payments until you receive a notice on your billing statement that EZ-Pay is in effect.
Please call us immediately at (520) 625-8409. We will only have a few days between the billing date and the date we will charge your account, to make a correction.
